The staff members at Manhattan Beach Dental Solutions are highly qualified, experienced and devoted to their patients. But it’s not a case of all work and no play. We celebrate each other with our monthly staff potluck. Each staff member brings a dish and we feast!
Kris
Office Manager
Kristin has more than 20 years of experience as a Dental Assistant. She has been a part of Manhattan Beach Dental Solutions for seven years as Office Manager. Kris has many certifications in advanced dentistry. In particular, she enjoys dental photography, advanced imaging, and fabricating in-house crowns. Kris is a California native and she grew up in San Gabriel Valley. She enjoys spending quality family time with her son, Jacob. She attended North West College and completed the Dental Assisting Program in 2001. She became a registered dental assistant in 2006. Some of her hobbies include dancing, karaoke, fishing, and hiking.
Kris has high energy and a positive personality that is contagious. Patients love her chairside demeanor and sense of humor.

Marie “ReeRee” Bald
Dental Hygienist
With 49 years of experience in dental hygiene and 32 of those at our practice, Marie (aka “ReeRee”) is a valued and trusted part of our team. She’s passionate about diagnosing and observing both daily and long-term oral health, with a strong focus on the connection between inflammation, bone loss, and overall systemic health.
Her attention to detail and love for clean environments carry through every aspect of her work. ReeRee is dedicated to continuing her career in dentistry for years to come, bringing unmatched experience and care to every patient.
Outside of the office, she enjoys tennis, traveling, spending time with family, and hosting lively dance parties. Her energy, dedication, and deep knowledge make her a one-of-a-kind presence in the dental world
Viviana “Vivi”
Front Desk Receptionist & PR Coordinator
Viviana is the warm, welcoming face of our office—the first point of contact for patients. As our Front Desk Receptionist and PR Coordinator, she seamlessly blends hospitality with communication, ensuring every interaction reflects our values. Viviana also creates engaging content for our social media platforms, helping to shape and share our story with the community.
Outside of work, Viviana is a true go-getter. She runs her own small business crafting beautiful, custom flower bouquets—a creative outlet that reflects her passion and entrepreneurial spirit. Whether she’s working hard in the office or designing floral arrangements, Viviana brings energy, care, and dedication to everything she does.
A family-oriented nature lover at heart, she cherishes spending time outdoors with her loved ones, exploring trails, parks, and everything in between. Viviana’s balance of hustle, heart, and creativity makes her an invaluable part of our team.
Alfonso “Fonzy”
Dental Assistant
Alfonso is our one and only male dental assistant—and an integral part of our clinical team. With over four years of experience in the field and eight months at our practice, Alfonso brings both skill and warmth to every patient interaction. He loves being part of our office because of the hardworking, supportive atmosphere that makes each day not only productive, but genuinely enjoyable.
Known for his easy going nature and quick sense of humor, Alfonso is the kind of team member who puts everyone at ease. He’s often described as kind, reliable, and a true team player, always willing to lend a hand and bring positive energy to the room.
Outside the office, Alfonso enjoys spending time with family and friends, hitting the hiking trails, and unwinding at home with his three beloved dogs. Whether he’s chairside assisting or out in nature, Alfonso’s approachable personality and dedication make him a valued part of our team.
Jessica “Jess” Jimenez
Dental Assistant
With 6 years of experience in the dental field and 2 of those at our practice, Jessica brings a strong foundation and a desire to keep growing in her role. She’s passionate about patient care and values the opportunity to learn and evolve every day.
Jessica is known for her outgoing, caring, and reliable nature. Her knowledge and genuine approach helps patients feel comfortable and supported from start to finish.
Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, baseball, and most of all, spending quality time with her kids. Jessica’s positive energy and dedication makes her an essential part of our team.
Ashley “Ash” Rodriguez
Dental Assistant
Since starting in the dental field in 2022, Ash has brought curiosity, energy, and heart to her role. She’s been part of our team for 8 months and loves learning something new every day. What she values most is the family-like atmosphere and support from everyone she works with.
Ash is known for her sense of humor, openness, and strong work ethic. She’s an open book who brings positivity and authenticity to both her team and her patients.
Outside of work, Ash enjoys catching up on sleep and going on fun outings with her son. Her vibrant personality and dedication make her a joy to have in the office.
